If you live in a military address overseas, you should choose the PO Box option.
If the shipping address for your order does not match the billing address on your credit card, we may require you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. This extra step in the ordering process helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. We may need to contact you via either the phone number or email address that you provided with your order to inform you of this requirement.

Call your credit card's customer service department (the number should be on the back of the card or on your monthly statement)

Alternate Shipping Address to your account for an internet order and give them the exact address for the recipient. *This will NOT change your billing address - you will still receive statements and mail at your usual address.
All merchandise will be shipped from Florida or New York, USA, depending on the type of item you purchased.

The first step is to check mailboxes, mailrooms, ask your doorman, etc. Also check with your local post office, carrier, or mailman. They should be able to provide information as to where exactly your package was delivered to.
We have heard many stories about delivered packages found in places such as stairwells, wrong building, under vehicles, etc.
However, if your package is indeed missing/lost/stolen, please contact your post office/carrier about lost package claims.
All orders are processed by our distribution facility. We prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible when they are placed, but we ask that you allow 1-2 business days for your order to be fulfilled. Rush Delivery orders are prioritized and generally ship faster. Any order placed after 8:00 am EST may not be processed until the NEXT business day (So, if you place an order on Friday at 10:00am EST or later, it may not be processed until Monday morning). Weekends and US holidays are not counted as business days.
If you purchased a pre-order item your item is not in stock yet. It could take approximately 10-25 days to stock and ship your item. If we run out of stock it may take up to 14 days before your item is shipped for us to re-stock. You will be notified if your item needs to be re-stocked upon purchase.
Some orders can take longer if there are issues with credit card authorization, security issues, or high holiday season volume.
While most orders arrive in a very timely manner, shipping times cannot be guaranteed. Delivery delays can occur due to weather, USPS/UPS/Fedex/DHL errors or other factors beyond our control.
We suggest you check with your government on what duties and taxes are imposed on imported products. Charges such as VAT, Duties, GTS, and penalties may be applicable. Also, please check with your Ministry of Health on any needed authorization for imported cosmetic products/devices entering your country.
Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, India, and Italy are some of the countries that most commonly charge fees/duties. If you are shipping to Brazil, please be aware that Brazilian customs inspections are very strict and fees/duties of up to 35% plus a penalty can be imposed on imported products.
As you can imagine, we have no control over regulated fees charged at your country’s border and are not responsible for abandoned or refused packages.
Mostly all Haut Medical products are FDA regulated. Since cosmetics are not subject to FDA premarket approval, Haut Medical has filed for the Voluntary Cosmetic Registration Program (VCRP), which is an FDA post-market reporting system for use by manufacturers and packers of cosmetics marketed in the United States. A VCRP has been filed for the Haut Medical Micropigmentation Before Cream, Micropigmentation Cleansing Tonic, Micropigmentation After Gel, Micropigmentation Healing Ointment, as well as the Physiological pH Cleansing Mousse.
Bomtech Do-All Needles have a Sterilization Report issued per box of needle. Once you receive your order of Do-All needles, please contact us with the lot number located at the bottom of each box of Do-All Needles so we can prepare a Sterilization Report for each box. Please allow us 2-3 business days to prepare and send you a Sterilization Report.
Bomtech PMU devices come with a one-year warranty. Please call or email our customer support so we can provide you with instructions on how to get technical assistance for your device if applicable. Alternatively, you can make a video showing the problem and send it to us via WhatsApp or email. Please note that technical assistance is provided in the USA only.
If possible, please have a backup PMU device in case your main device stops working. We are not responsible for monetary losses you may incur in your business due to lack of a machine that is out for maintenance.
